PURCHASING TERMS
• Credit / debit card
In the event that you do not own a credit / debit
card, you must submit in writing via email the owner's permission
for the use of thereof when purchasing credits or products from d3viant-d3signs.
Permission should be submitted to d3viant-d3signs prior to any purchase made
so that we may validate the authenticity thereof.
FIRST-TIME BUYERS
Your
age will be checked against your IMVU avatar details,
and a confirmation email will be sent to the PayPal
account holder's email address on your initial purchase. Confirmation that the PayPal account holder authorized
the purchase is required prior to credits being
transferred to you.
• PayPal chargebacks
Should a chargeback be made after a successful purchase of credits or products from d3viant-d3signs because of unauthorized use, or for any other reason, please be aware that your IMVU account will be disabled, and you
may also face criminal charges.
CONDITIONS
Membership / Payment will NOT be accepted unless you:
• Own your avatar name (no Guest users)
.
• Have been an IMVU member for 3 months or more.
• A maximum of 100 000cr may be purchased during a 30 day period
by new members.
• Only white-listed members may buy more that 100 000 credits during
a 30 day period.
PRIVACY POLICY
d3viant-d3signs will not distribute any information you have submitted to the site to any third party, nor will we divulge any of your details to any other organization unless you are found to be in violation of our Terms
Of Service, in which case the details of your violation may be shared with IMVU,
PayPal fraud division and the relevant legal authorities. The security of our account members is important to us, and yes, we will prosecute any instance of attempted fraud, hacking or other abuse.
We will not attempt to contact you with regard to any product or service not pertaining to this site without your permission.
